Ingredients
Cloves – 20
Green Cardamom – 8
Cinnamon Stick – 8 pieces of 1 inch length
Nutmeg – 1
Mace – 2
Star Aniseed – 4
Fennel Seeds – 4 tsps.
Shahi Jeera – 2 tsps.
Cumin seeds – 2 tsps.
Bay leaves – 8
Directions
- Lightly dry roast all the ingredients on low heat until an aromatic fragrance is released.
- Let it cool down and transfer to a blender.
- Grind to a fine powder.
- Store the masala powder in an airtight container. It will retain its aroma and last about 3-4 months.
