French fries in street style can be served as a starter, cocktail snacks or just enjoyed on its own.

Ingredients

  • French Fries (frozen) – 500gms / 1.1 lbs.

  • Grated carrots – 1 cup

  • Onions sliced – 1 cup

  • Scallions – ½ cup

  • Chaat masala – 3 tbsp.

  • Ingredients for Marie Rose sauce
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp.

  • Ketchup – 4 tbsp.

  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp.

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

Directions

  • Place the fries in a baking tray.

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit / 230 degrees Celsius.
  • Bake in the oven for 18- 20 minutes or as per baking instructions.

  • On the stove top, grease the pan and stir fry the onions, scallions, carrot.

  • Then add chaat masala and give a quick stir.


  • When fries are crispy, remove from the oven.

  • Now toss the baked fries on to the pan.
  • Serve it with Marie rose sauce.

  • Mix all the above ingredients.

Notes

  • Chaat masala is easily available in Indian stores.
