Cod is a very popular dense fish with a mild flavor, flaky, white flesh. Cod livers are processed to make cod liver oil, an important source of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids. This is a pan seared dish with full of flavor. Including a fish meal at least once a week in your diet is a good way to start a healthy regime.
